Orders will only be delivered to proper and complete addresses. PO Box addresses are not accepted.

Please be reminded that you will have to sign acceptance for your ordered when it is delivered. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, your order will be couriered to you on the next available working day.

If you are not available to accept delivery of your shipment, the assigned courier company will provide a notification card advising you of the process for redelivery. If three (3) attempts in total are made to deliver your order, it will be returned to us. Redelivery will be at the expense of the customer.

Hygiene labs India will NOT be responsible for orders signed acceptance on behalf other than the designated recipient.

Damaged Products

If you find your items damaged upon delivery, please report to us immediately on the same day. Kindly provide a picture of the damaged products and the packaging to support your claim for replacement or refund. The replacement or refund will be at our discretion after we have investigated the reason(s) for the damaged products.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund Contact Us.
